Outdated standardWithdrawn German standard for clevis pins without head, form A, without split pin holes: the ISO 2340 type A pin with its own row of nominal lengths. The 1974 edition took over the dimensions of ISO 2340:1972 and was replaced by DIN EN 22340:1992-10, the German adoption of ISO 2340. The pin is a plain cylinder toleranced h11 with a 30 degree chamfer c on both ends; diameters, tolerance and chamfers are those of ISO 2340 type A, so only the row of nominal lengths tells the two apart: DIN 1443 keeps 25, 105, 110, 115, 125, 130, 150, 170 and 190 mm and knows no 24, 26 and 32 mm. Covers nominal diameters from 3 to 100 mm with lengths from about twice to ten times the diameter, up to 200 mm.
