ДСТУ EN 10210-2 - Hot finished steel structural hollow sections - Part 2: Tolerances, dimensions and sectional properties
Hot finished square and rectangular structural hollow sections, which differ from the cold formed sections of ДСТУ EN 10219-2 by their tighter corners: the sectional properties use an outside corner radius of 1.5T and an inside radius of 1.0T for every wall, where the cold formed corner grows from 2T to 3T with the wall. The section is formed hot, or formed cold and heat treated afterwards, so the steel has the properties of a hot rolled product. The standard covers square shapes up to 800 x 800 mm and rectangular up to 750 x 500 mm with wall thickness up to 120 mm; the size table runs from 40 x 40 to 400 x 400 mm and from 50 x 30 to 500 x 300 mm with walls from 2.6 to 25 mm. Identical adoption of EN 10210-2:2019.
ДСТУ EN 10219-2 - Cold formed welded structural hollow sections of non-alloy and fine grain steels - Part 2: Tolerances, dimensions and sectional properties
Cold formed welded square and rectangular hollow sections with larger corner radii than the hot finished ДСТУ EN 10210-2: 2T to 3T outside instead of 1,5T. The standard covers square shapes up to 500 x 500 mm and rectangular up to 500 x 300 mm with wall thickness up to 40 mm. Identical adoption of EN 10219-2:2019. Sectional properties use the external corner radius of the standard: 2T up to 6 mm, 2,5T up to 10 mm, 3T above that.
