DIN 6379 - Studs for use with tee nuts
Double-ended studs with threaded ends of different lengths: the screw-in end goes into a DIN 508 T-slot nut. DIN 6379:2003-08 covers coarse metric threads M6 to M36, with normal screw-in ends and, for M6 to M16, also longer ones. Studs threaded over their full length are specified in DIN 976-1.

Fully threaded metric studs connect parts with nuts at both ends or screw into a threaded hole. DIN 976-1:2016 specifies dimensions and delivery conditions for steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal studs with coarse and fine threads from M2 to M72. Form A has as-rolled ends RL; form B has chamfered ends CH according to ISO 4753.
