Placený přístup

Čepy s hladkou válcovou hlavou, typ A, bez otvoru pro závlačku, který má typ B; čep bez hlavy je ISO 2340 A. Zajišťují se jiným způsobem než závlačkou, například pojistným kroužkem v drážce vyrobené, šroubem nebo přivařeným dorazem. Dřík má toleranci h11 a končí sražením 30 stupňů; hlava má sražení 45 stupňů a poloměr pod hlavou je přípustný. Zahrnuje jmenovité průměry od 3 do 100 mm s délkami přibližně od dvojnásobku do desetinásobku průměru, nejvýše 200 mm.
