Bolte uden hoved, type A, uden splithullerne fra type B; formet som cylinderstiften ISO 2338, men en drejetap med tolerancen h11 i stedet for m6 eller h8. Bolten er en glat cylinder, der tjener som drejetap i gafler og stangøjer og sikres på anden måde end med en split, for eksempel med låseringe i noter. Skaftet har tolerance h11, og begge ender har en fase c på 30 grader; boltene fremstilles af automatstål med en hårdhed på 125 HV til 245 HV. Omfatter nominelle diametre fra 3 til 100 mm med længder fra cirka to til ti gange diameteren, dog højst 200 mm. Bolten med hoved er ISO 2341.
