ISO 10673 L - Plain washers for screw and washer assemblies, large series, product grade A
Plain washers for metric screw and washer assemblies, large series (type L): the holes of types S and N, smaller than the thread diameter, with the widest outside diameters of the three. Product grade A, hardness classes 200 HV and 300 HV. Intended for assemblies according to ISO 10644 and covering sizes M2 to M12.
ISO 10673 N - Plain washers for screw and washer assemblies, normal series, product grade A
Plain washers for metric screw and washer assemblies, normal series (type N): the holes of type S, smaller than the thread diameter, with wider outside diameters and a thicker M12 washer. Product grade A, hardness classes 200 HV and 300 HV. Intended for assemblies according to ISO 10644 and covering sizes M2 to M12.
ISO 10673 S - Plain washers for screw and washer assemblies, small series, product grade A
Plain washers for metric screw and washer assemblies, small series (type S), with a hole smaller than the thread diameter instead of the clearance hole of ISO 7092. Product grade A, hardness classes 200 HV and 300 HV. Intended for assemblies according to ISO 10644 and covering sizes M2 to M12. Types N and L have the same holes and wider outside diameters.
ISO 7089 - Plain washers, normal series, product grade A
Plain washers, normal series, product grade A, without chamfer: the base form, of which ISO 7090 is the chamfered and ISO 7091 the grade C version. Current replacement for DIN 125, with wider holes from size 39. Covers sizes 1.6 to 64.
ISO 7090 - Plain washers, chamfered, normal series, product grade A
Plain washers chamfered at the outside diameter, otherwise the ISO 7089 washer: normal series, product grade A, hardness classes 200 HV and 300 HV. Covers nominal sizes 5 to 64.
ISO 7091 - Plain washers, normal series, product grade C
Plain washers, normal series, product grade C, hardness class 100 HV: the outside diameters and thicknesses of ISO 7089 with clearance holes wider up to size 36. Current replacement for DIN 126. Includes both the preferred sizes and the non-preferred sizes 3.5, 14, 18, 22, 27, 33, 39, 45, 52 and 60.
ISO 7092 - Plain washers, small series, product grade A
Plain washers, small series, product grade A, hardness classes 200 HV and 300 HV: the holes of ISO 7089 with a smaller outside diameter, so they fit under cheese head screws. Current replacement for DIN 433. Includes both the preferred sizes and the non-preferred sizes 3.5, 14, 18, 22, 27 and 33.
ISO 7093-1 - Plain washers, large series, product grade A
Plain washers, large series, product grade A, with an outside diameter about three times the thread size, against about twice in the normal series ISO 7089. Current replacement for DIN 9021, but the sizes are not identical: it drops sizes 2.5 and 7, adds 22, 27 and 33 and has narrower holes from size 18. Includes both the preferred sizes and the non-preferred sizes 3.5, 14, 18, 22, 27 and 33. The grade C version is ISO 7093-2.
ISO 7093-2 - Plain washers, large series, product grade C
Plain washers, large series, product grade C, hardness class 100 HV: the outside diameters and thicknesses of ISO 7093-1 with clearance holes wider up to size 24. Includes both the preferred sizes and the non-preferred sizes 3.5, 14, 18, 22, 27 and 33.
ISO 7094 - Plain washers, extra large series, product grade C
Plain washers, extra large series, product grade C, hardness class 100 HV, mainly for timber constructions: about three and a half times the thread size across, wider than the large series ISO 7093. Current replacement for the round hole form of DIN 440, with identical dimensions in the shared size range. Includes both the preferred sizes and the non-preferred sizes 14, 18, 22, 27 and 33.
