ISO 7045 - Pan head screws with type H or type Z cross recess - Product grade A

Läätspeaga kruvid H-tüüpi (Phillips) või Z-tüüpi (Pozidriv) ristpesaga, meetriline jämekeere, tooteklass A, ISO standard, mis asendas DIN 7985; erinevalt ISO 7380-1 poolümarpeaga sisekuuskantkruvist keeratakse seda kruvi kruvikeerajaga ja selle pea on lühike kumera pealispinnaga silinder, mitte madal kuppel. Mõõt on keere ja pikkus d × l ning pesa tüüp täiendab tähistust, nagu ISO 7045 - M5 x 20 - 4.8 - Z: sama mõõdu H- ja Z-kruvil on sama pea ja sama pesa number, 0 kuni 4, mis on kruvikeeraja suurus, kuid kummalgi pesal on oma võrdlusläbimõõt m ja oma kaliibri sisenemissügavus. Keerme läbimõõt määrab pea läbimõõdu dk, pea kõrguse k ja kumera pealispinna ligikaudse raadiuse rf. Kuni 25 mm pikad kruvid mõõtudel M1,6 kuni M3 ja kuni 40 mm pikad kruvid mõõtudel M3,5 kuni M10 on keermestatud peani; pikematel on keerme pikkus b vähemalt 25 mm või 38 mm. Keha läbimõõt on ligikaudu keerme keskläbimõõt või keerme täisläbimõõt. Teraskruvid valmistatakse tugevusklassis 4.8, roostevabast terasest kruvid klassides A2-50 ja A2-70, värvilistest metallidest kruvid ISO 8839 järgi; keerme tolerants on 6g. Hõlmab keermeid M1,6 kuni M10, kusjuures M3,5 tuleks võimaluse korral vältida, nimipikkustega 3 kuni 60 mm.
