带头销轴，B型：在 A 型销靠近自由端处横向钻有开口销孔。用符合 ISO 1234 的开口销锁定，因此孔径等于开口销的公称尺寸。头部、杆部公差 h11 和各倒角与 A 型相同，另外给出孔径 d1、由孔轴线至销端的距离 le 以及由头部支承面至孔轴线的距离 lh。适用于公称直径 3 mm 至 100 mm，长度约为直径的 2 倍至 10 倍，最大 200 mm。已取代 DIN 1444 B 型。
