内六角截锥端紧定螺钉，取代 DIN 914 的 ISO 标准；平端、圆柱端和凹端型式分别为 ISO 4026、ISO 4028 和 ISO 4029。这种无头螺钉用于把轮毂、轴环、齿轮或杠杆固定在轴上：锥端压入轴内，或压入为其钻出的定位坑，防止零件转动和滑移。螺钉全长带螺纹，用内六角扳手插入其平端的六角孔中拧动，因此可完全沉入孔内，不露出任何部分。末端为 90 度锥体，顶部带有一小块平面；对于短螺钉，在取决于规格的长度以内，锥端和六角孔端的倒角均为 120 度，且六角孔较浅。钢制螺钉的硬度等级为 45H，不锈钢螺钉的等级为 A1-12H、A2-21H、A3-21H、A4-21H 和 A5-21H；螺纹为 ISO 米制粗牙螺纹，公差 6g，产品等级为 A。涵盖 M1,6 至 M24 的螺纹，长度 2 至 60 mm。
