內六角截錐端止付螺絲，取代 DIN 914 的 ISO 標準；平端、圓柱端與凹端型式分別為 ISO 4026、ISO 4028 與 ISO 4029。這種無頭螺絲用於把輪轂、軸環、齒輪或槓桿固定在軸上：錐端壓入軸內，或壓入為其鑽出的定位坑，防止零件轉動與滑移。螺絲全長帶螺紋，以內六角扳手插入其平端的六角孔中轉動，因此可完全沉入孔內，不露出任何部分。末端為 90 度錐體，頂部帶有一小塊平面；對於短螺絲，在取決於規格的長度以內，錐端與六角孔端的倒角均為 120 度，且六角孔較淺。鋼製螺絲的硬度等級為 45H，不鏽鋼螺絲的等級為 A1-12H、A2-21H、A3-21H、A4-21H 與 A5-21H；螺紋為 ISO 公制粗牙螺紋，公差 6g，產品等級為 A。涵蓋 M1,6 至 M24 的螺紋，長度 2 至 60 mm。
