Écrous hexagonaux hauts, style 2 : l'écrou ISO 4032 avec le même hexagone mais une hauteur plus grande, ce qui augmente la prise du filet et la résistance à l'arrachement. Grade A pour les filetages jusqu'à M16 inclus et grade B au-delà. Couvre le pas gros métrique du M5 au M39 et comprend à la fois les filetages préférentiels et non préférentiels M7, M14, M18, M22, M27, M33 et M39. La version à pas fin est l'ISO 8674.
