Écrous hexagonaux, style 1, à filetage métrique à pas fin : l'écrou ISO 4032 avec le même hexagone et la même hauteur, seul le filetage diffère. Grade A pour les filetages jusqu'à M16 inclus et grade B au-delà. Comme la hauteur de filet réduite augmente le risque d’arrachement, les écrous hauts (style 2) selon l’ISO 8674 sont préférés. Couvre du M8 au M64 et comprend à la fois les filetages préférentiels et non préférentiels.
