Šesterokutne matice, stil 1, s metričkim navojem finog koraka: matica ISO 4032 s istim šesterokutom i visinom, razlikuje se samo navoj. Razred proizvoda A za navoje do M16 uključivo i razred proizvoda B iznad. Budući da smanjena visina navoja povećava rizik od pregonjenja navoja, prednost imaju visoke matice (stil 2) prema ISO 8674. Obuhvaća M8 do M64 i uključuje i preferirane i nepreferirane navoje.
