A DIN 562 szerinti alacsony négylapú anyáknál magasabb négylapú anyák, egyik homlokfelületükön letöréssel. A DIN 557:2026-02 C termékosztályt, M5–M16 metrikus normál menetet, valamint acél vagy rozsdamentes acél anyagot ír elő. A kulcsnyílás M10 esetén 17 mm, M12 esetén 19 mm.
