Dadi esagonali bassi smussati, stile 0: l’esagono della ISO 4032 a circa metà altezza, per controdadi e giunzioni con spazio assiale limitato. Grado del prodotto A per filettature fino a M16 incluso e grado del prodotto B oltre. Poiché l’altezza ridotta diminuisce il carico che il dado può sopportare, i dadi bassi non sono classificati per la piena resistenza. Sostituto attuale della DIN 439. La versione non smussata è la ISO 4036 e quella a passo fine la ISO 8675. Copre il passo grosso metrico da M1.6 a M64 e comprende sia le filettature preferenziali sia quelle non preferenziali M3.5, M14, M18, M22, M27, M33, M39, M45, M52 e M60.
