六角高ナット（スタイル 2）、メートル細目ねじ。六角部と高さは ISO 4033 ナットと同じで、ねじのみが異なる。M16 以下は製品等級 A、それを超えるものは製品等級 B。通常の ISO 8673 ナットより高さがあるためねじの掛かりが増し、ねじ山せん断（かじり）に対する耐性が高まることから、細目ねじにはスタイル 2 が推奨される。M8～M39 を対象とし、推奨ねじと非推奨ねじの両方を含む。
