六角高螺帽，型式 2，公制細牙螺紋：六角與高度與 ISO 4033 螺帽相同，僅螺紋不同。M16 及以下螺紋為產品等級 A，以上為產品等級 B。與普通 ISO 8673 螺帽相比，更大的高度增加了螺紋嚙合並提高了抗滑牙能力，因此細牙螺紋優先採用型式 2。涵蓋 M8 至 M39，包含優選螺紋與非優選螺紋。
